Daniel Rowley

The loss of a baby girl was a hard lesson in 1996, yet it taught me how special and precious my daughters are to me. My most sincere condolences to any of you who have lost a child, be it by death or other circumstances.

It was a relief to get out of school. It's not that I didn't want to participate in events or activities; I was just a social train wreck! It made it difficult to get to know most of you. I appreciate those who saw beyond my awkwardness and tried to be my friend.

I enjoyed learning electronics from Mr. Baron, and spent a lot of my time in his classes in D wing. I learned virtually nothing in math class, but in Electronics, when a number represented something tangible I understood, I could catch on. Then came calculus- that was too abstract for me. I did well in English and I guess I got that from my Dad. Some of you may remember him- he taught English and Humanities at PHS from 1962-1977, then abandoned ship to teach at Timp View until his retirement.
