Sandra Manning Koon

After high school, I worked a large variety of jobs, a little bit of everything.

I got married in 1982, I had 2 boys, then later got divorced. Found myself being a single parent with 2 kids to raise. In 1984 I went to work at a shipping, mailing store in Provo, Mail Plus. I worked there for 12 years where I was the manager and sole employee. In 1997, I ventured out into the big world of the Postal Service. I began as a carrier, clerk and Customer/Finance Supervisor at the Price Post Office. In Sept 2017, I was promoted to Postmaster in Price.

During this time I raised 2 great boys, both are outstanding men. My oldest son is Nicholas. Nick and Elyse (Daughter in law) live in Santaquin. They have 2 beautiful girls, Madison and Miley, and 2 handsome boys, McCade and Mason, they are so much fun, and the love of my life. I love being Grandma!!

Nick and his wife own the Weedman of South County. They are such hard workers. They also own the Everbowl in Spanish Fork.

My youngest son Andrew lives in Santaquin. He is married to a beautiful lady. He inherited 3 fabulous kids and now they are blessed with twins, due in August. I am thrilled!!! Andrew is a CFI for a flight school in Spanish Fork.


Life has taken some twist and turns for me, but all has been a learning and growing experience for me and my family.
I retired from the Post Office in 2022 and we decided to move to Mesquite Nevada. We love it there, even when it is 112 degrees. 😂
